Biography of Esther Amongin
She has worked in the “integrated Rural Development Programs (IRUDE)” where she trained farmers on VSLA management, effective WASH management, SMART agriculture and monitoring and evaluation.
She is currently working with APPCO as Project Coordinator for “combating stigma against the survivors of SGBV and their children project” Gulu field area. Esther supports the project with both management and technical expertise which has generated visible impacts in the areas we operate.
When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.
Experience & Skills
Amongin Esther is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in development studies of Kyambogo University with a major in rural development, she also holds a certificate in Leadership for Transformation from ADDRA Agricultural College in Nebbi, an affiliate Institution of Mbarara University. Esther is a development expert with a hybrid working experience of over four years in project design, implementation and Evaluation.
