African Partners for Child Poverty – APPCO is a non-profit organization whose mission is to work in partnership with communities, civil society, and government to empower children and women to survive and thrive in ending poverty for healthy and sustainable well-being. APPCO is currently soliciting competent service providers for pre-qualification to provide goods and services for the financial year May 2022 – Dec 2022.

We, therefore, invite suitable providers to submit sealed applications for the supply of the following;

  1. Supply of communication equipment (audio and visual).
  2. Supply of Motor vehicles, and spare parts for Kampala.
  3. Supply of Office furniture and fittings.
  4. Supply of sewing machines.
  5. Provision of transport/courier services (local and international).
  6. Provision of consultancy services for Staff Capacity Building and Project Evaluation.
  7. Provision of meals & conference facilities for Kampala/Mukono
  8. Provision of accommodation services (guest houses, hotel) for Kampala
  9. Provision of health insurance services.
  10. Provision of Refreshments for Mukono.
  11. Provision of Media Services(TV, Radio, and Print media) for Kampala and Gulu
  12. Servicing and repair of I.T equipment (Laptops, Desktops, Scanners, Printers & Photocopiers).
  13. Service of Plumbing works.
  14. Supply of motor vehicle fuel and oils for Kampala.
  15. Supply of Computer Software.
Applications must be delivered physically to APPCO head office during working hours. Bidders are required to indicate the specific items they are bidding for on the bidding document. Shortlisting submission will be evaluated according to the APPCO procurement guidelines.
