Our Procurement Principles

APPCO’s procurement processes are guided by:

All tenders are managed in accordance with our internal procurement policy and applicable donor regulations.

Preference may be given to vendors demonstrating experience in development, humanitarian, education, public health, or community-based programming contexts.

Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be considered.

APPCO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, corruption, bribery, collusion, and conflicts of interest.

All bidders must:

  • Adhere to anti-corruption standards

  • Comply with safeguarding and PSEA expectations where applicable

  • Provide accurate and verifiable documentation

Any attempt to influence the procurement process will result in disqualification.
