Our Achievements
What we have done
We have programs that focus on advocacy for prevention, abstinence and survivors of HIV. We provide Psychosocial support to the survivors of HIV both from the ECD center, primary level and also within the communities.
2,347 adolescent girls of school-going age have been supported with sanitary pads and sanitary pad-making skills thus alienating them from period poverty.
Health screening: Appco in the past years has conducted over 100 Community Health outreaches and screenings throughout the communities it operates.
Children in the ECD center at Lamwo receiving food during break time. This was made possible with the help of our intervention where parents where supplied with agricultural produce, trained on farming methods and later they were able to supply the schools with the farm outputs.
